Outback Steakhouse

It’s been awhile since I have been to Outback, good thing one of my closest friend will be celebrating his 24th birthday there. We didn’t get to choose the order because it was pre-ordered by our friend. But still, his choice of meal was excellent. 

According to them “Their Steaks are truly special. Before each juicy, delicious premium aged steak is delivered to you, is hand-selected, aged just right, inspected and trimmed. Then it is expertly seasoned and seared over a red hot grill to seal in its bold flavor. Cooked to order and served with their homemade sherry gravy”

Our pre ordered menu is Beef Tenderloin Tips in Red Wine Sauce, which is Tender nites of imported grain fed beef seasoned, seared and tossed in their special red wine sauce. With fresh garlic, onions and pepper. Served with stir fried julienne vegetables and rice pilaf.

Although their serving on the steak was a little smaller than what I remember, they’ve pretty much maintained the quality. Tender and well spiced, no need for sauces, just the marinade of the steak itself is enough.
