The reason is that they have the most delicious Crocodile Sisig in Puerto Princesa. Yes you heard it right, Crocodile Sisig. This is a must try if ever you’ll visit Puerto Princesa. Not to worry they only kill crocodile if the breeding ground is too populated.

After work, one night we decided to take on a different route on our way home – Capitol Commons, Ortigas to be exact. Luckily, there is this Food Truck Park PH – thingy on Capitol Commons we decided to park on the side and try a food truck where most people are queuing.
